In PPP partnerships, coordination between industry partner and Govenment ITI is very critical to drive development, in line with the vision of PPP partner. Management of industry partner is busy with day to day industrial operations.
With an experience of more than a decade in skill development and especially managing ITI institutes in PPP model, an engagement with formulated. Where-in we will act as a representative of industry partner to drive development of ITI, in sync with vision of Industry partner:
Weekly visits to ITI, ensuring a quick response to developmental requirments/ demands of ITI. Preparing necessary documents and facilitating approvals for the same. It also involves, meeting with State Government authorities for approvals required, on case to case basis. Monitoring and reporting special skill development projects, being undertaken by the ITI
Meeting industries around ITI to appraise them about various skill development programs being undertaken by ITI. Facilitating their specialized skills requirements by organizing skill upgradation programs.
Visiting various educational exhibitions, e.g. Didac, etc. Create awareness among stake holders about new technologies available for better delivery and impact of skill development.
Increase in aspiring candidates for ITI.
